Quick review – the Seinfeld Rountable

Seinfeld is a tv series that I have enjoyed very much. It’s not best show in the world and it does have it’s flaws, but I still regard it highly.

In 2007, nine years after the show ended, the four main cast members, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards, along with Jerry’s co-creator for the series Larry David reunited to reminisce about the show.

The Seinfeld Roundtable was originally available as only as highlights in the Season 9 (Volume 8) DVD release. The full version is available on the complete series DVD box set. Interesting to note is that the highlight reel features a couple things that aren’t on the full version. But despite that, I enjoyed watching the Seinfeld Roundtable.

It was fun to see the four main cast members and Larry reminiscing about making the sitcom. I laughed a lot when watching clips from the show which also made the cast and Larry laugh when they saw them again. They also elaborate on some behind the scenes facts about the show.

The DVD has the reunion split onto two parts, which can either be played separately or together.

It was fun checking out the Seinfeld Roundtable after watching the series. Later this year I will start re-watching through the entire series in order to review it on this blog.

Take care, WF92.
